Every time one does puja, or prayer, or deeply loves, one is lifted out of the little self, the limited self and into connection with the vastness, the fullness of which one is a part.

Om poornamadah poornamidam poornaat, poornamudachyatai, poornasya, poornamadaya, poornamaivavashishyata,

Om shanti shanti shanti-hi.

Om, that is infinite; this is infinite; from the infinite emanates the infinite; taking the infinite out of the infinite, the infinite still remains.

Om peace, peace, peace.
